1. Custom Stitching Policy

Since every outfit at Amias Collections is custom-stitched to your specific measurements, we do not offer standard returns or refunds. Instead, we provide comprehensive free alterations to ensure your outfit fits perfectly.

2. Free Alteration Window

• Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Submit your alteration request via WhatsApp with photos showing the fit issue.
• Dispatch the outfit back to our Lahore workshop (return shipping at customer's cost).
• We will alter and re-dispatch within 5-7 working days — completely free of charge.

3. What Qualifies for Free Alteration?

• Fit issues that deviate from the measurements you provided
• Stitching defects (loose seams, uneven hem, wrong neckline depth)
• Wrong size stitched despite correct measurements being provided
• Finishing issues (uneven piping, missing dori, improper lining)

4. What Does NOT Qualify?

• Change of mind after stitching begins
• Issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by customer
• Damage from washing, ironing, or customer mishandling
• Design changes requested after order confirmation
• Color variations due to screen settings (minor shade differences are natural)

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided cutting has not started. Once cutting begins, cancellation is not possible as fabric has already been prepared for your specific measurements.

6. Fabric Safety Guarantee

We inspect every fabric upon receipt and take dated photographs. If any pre-existing damage, shortage, or defect is found, we notify you immediately before cutting begins. Any loss or damage during our handling is fully compensated.
